Everyone is invited to toast/roast the Graduating Class at dinner in the Refectory on Friday May 11, 2012. Following Evensong and preceding dinner, a reception will be hosted by the Alumni/ae Executive Committee. Please let Helen Alladin know by e-mail if you plan to attend. Include your name, the number in your party, whether you prefer non-vegetarian or vegetarian meals, and whether you intend to pay by check or by credit card (if you have to pay). Let Helen know by Friday May 4, 2012. You must RSVP if you plan to attend.
Students on the meal plan need not pay for this meal, as it is included in the Meal plan allowance.
The cost to students not on the Meal Plan, and guests, (including spouses and partners) is $45 per person. Checks (payable to GTS) must be received with your reservation by May 4. Helen will handle any payment requests for Visa or M/Card.
