Crossroads Ministry (crossroadsantiracism.org) is an organization that "organizes to dismantle institutional racism by identifying structures that maintain systemic racism and inequality, and replacing them with new structures that are liberating, life giving and just." [from their website]. Crossroads has worked with seminaries and Episcopal dioceses and has a very good reputation. If you are interested in learning from this excellent organization, please note that the following workshops in the greater NY area are taking place this July and September. Note: these workshops are NOT "official" anti-racism trainings sponsored by The Episcopal Church, so if you would like one of these offerings to count for your official training, please check in with your diocese and with Bonnie Rountree in Human Resources to make sure that will be possible.
