After Fall Break, the GTS Wellness Program will begin to offer peer-led wellness practices in which ALL community members (students, spartners, faculty, staff) are welcomed to participate. These groups are at NO COST to attendees, and in some cases represent a significant value in the "real" world.
You'll receive a longer notice with deeper descriptions of these groups, but here's something for you now so you can begin to plan your time after break:
YOGA: taught by Kat Killian, RYT, Saturdays 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. in the Oratory. First date: Oct. 13
SPIRITUAL WALKING: led by Jeanne Person and Michael Foley, beginning Tuesday, Oct. 9. Please see--and use-- their sign-up calendar here.
MEDITATION/CENTERING PRAYER: organized by Walt Kindergan, meeting in the Oratory, Wednesdays, 5-6 p.m.
TAI CHI/QIGONG: taught by Patty de Llosa, time and space TBD.
DRUMMING: time and space still TBD.
