A New Call for J. Randolph Alexander, Jr. (Class of '94)

The Rev. J. Randolph Alexander, Jr. (Class of 1994) has been called as the tenth Rector of Immanuel Church-on-the-Hill in Alexandria, Virginia. He will join the congregation on Sunday, August 25, 2013. Randy is currently Rector of Christ Church in Pelham, NY, where he has served  since 2000.  In 2012, he was one of six candidates for Bishop Suffragan of the Diocese of Virginia. Previously, Randy served as Priest Associate at Holy Trinity Church, Sloane Street, London, England; as Assistant Rector at St. Paul's Church, Baltimore, MD; and as Curate at St. John's Church in Larchmont, NY.  He is married to the Rev. Patricia Phaneuf Alexander, a graduate of Virginia Theological Seminary, who serves as Upper and Middle School Chaplain at St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Potomac, MD. The Alexanders have three young sons: William, Peter and Andrew.
