Developing a program of pastoral care and spiritual resources for LGBTQ teens … developing contemporary evangelism tracts for social media … facilitating clergy training in congregational development in Colombia … these are all examples of recent Evangelism for the 21st Century grants. Awarded twice yearly to Episcopal seminarians, faculty, staff and their spouses/partners, E-21 grants are intended to develop and support the innovative evangelism required today. How has your seminary experience inspired you to proclaim the Gospel in a new and different way? What is your vision for where the church needs to be? Discuss your idea with Ms. Day Smith Pritchartt, Executive Director of EES, prior to the application deadline of February 3rd. She's ready, willing and able to help you understand the grant criteria and how your idea may be eligible for an E-21 grant. She may be reached at (703) 807-1862 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Learn more about EES, read more about recent grants, and download the E-21 application at www.ees1862.org. Applications for the fall grants cycle are due September 22, 2014.
