Opportunity for seminarian intern at the American Cathedral

The American Cathedral in Paris, where our alumna, the Very Rev. Lucinda Laird is now Dean, is looking to recruit a seminarian to work over the summer break. In previous years, Joseph Mathews and Alex Martin (Class of 2012) were able to take advantage of this opportunity assisting clergy as interns during the months of July and August.
They are unable to provide pay, but do offer the accommodation of a studio apartment on campus in the center of Paris (between the Seine and the Champs-Elysees). The Cathedral is a vibrant and diverse church. The needs of the parish and the relatively small staff ensure that there is much to do and learn in one of the world's great cities.
Indeed it is late in the year, and many of you already have summer plans, but if you are interested in exploring this opportunity, which is absolutely unique, please contact Jonathan Silver at silver@gts.edu. Dean Laird will be in NYC next month, and can meet with interested seminarians at that time.
