A note from the registrar: May 2, 2014
Summer Registration for matriculated students is open today, Friday, May 2nd, and closes on Wednesday, June 4th. I've attached the guide for registering through your MyGTS Portal. On the Portal log-in page, choose “Summer 2014” from the drop-down menu.
There are amazing offerings this summer! We're very excited about them.
If you register for the courses, you pay for them per credit ($800/credit plus fees, or $500 flat to audit, plus fees) If you have financial aid, discuss your options with Trecia O’Sullivan (firstname.lastname@example.org). You must pay your invoice in order to be registered for the course. After you register, check your MyGTS Portal for your invoice. If you have any questions about your invoice, please contact Pat Gerhardt directly (email@example.com).
The refund schedule for intensive format courses (Courses that meet over sequential days for a limited period, as for summer term):
--- 1+ weeks prior to the first day of class: 100% tuition refund;
--- 1 week prior to the first day of class: 50% tuition refund
--- After class has begun: NO tuition refunds
A minimum of five for-credit students is required for each course to be offered. If a course is cancelled, you will be notified two weeks before class begins.
