The Rev. Dr. Ronald Young '03 is returning to GTS this year as an Adjunct Professor of Church History, a position he held previously in 2006 and 2009-2011. Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Bachelor of Arts in Government, and Master of Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and received his Master of Divinity (Honors) from Andover Newton Theological School. He earned his Master of Sacred Theology from the General Theological Seminary in 2003 and Doctor of Theology at GTS in 2009, where he wrote his dissertation entitled "The Twilight of the Protestant Establishment: The Episcopal Church 1945-1960." Young currently serves as Assistant Rector at Christ Episcopal Church, Pittsford, NY. He will be teaching History of the Episcopal Church in the fall semester. Please join in welcoming him to General!
