A New Call for David Ware '95


The Rev. David J. Ware, Class of 1995, has been called as Rector of the Church of the Redeemer, Baltimore, Maryland. Ware previously served as Rector of St. John’s in Cold Spring Harbor, New York, and before that, Associate Rector of Trinity in Wilmington, Delaware, and chaplain and upper school head at St. Alban’s Episcopal School in Washington. Ware succeeds the Rev. Paul Tunkle ’84, who retired last year. He comes to Baltimore with his wife, Sarah Hoover, who also has a new job with the Peabody Conservatory, and his daughter, a high school sophomore.
