Women of General Event on November 20

Mark your calendars!

The Women of General student group is hosting an afternoon on Lamentations with Rabbi Jo Hirschmann (bio below) on

November 20th from 3:00-4:30.

Rabbi Hirschmann will be giving an interactive seminar on the character of Zion in Lamentations. All are welcome. Location TBD.

This is also a call for volunteers to help with the event. It shouldn't require much work- mostly set up and clean up of our delicious snacks. Please email me at

if you are interested. Any help is truly appreciated!

Rabbi Jo Hirschmann is a professor at Hebrew Union College, a board certified chaplain and an ACPE supervisory candidate.
