This is a course addressing the spiritual needs unique to trans/gender-non-conforming persons. Utilizing current research from psychology, chaplaincy, historical theology, and practical theology, this course will introduce students to a variety of theological and pastoral approaches to caring for trans/gender-non-conforming persons and their friends and families, both within and outside of traditional parish contexts.
