Yesterday, we had the Board orientation for the new Board members of VTS and GTS. It was a long afternoon. It started at 2pm and finished at 5pm. Each member of Senior Staff presented to the nine members present. In the course of the afternoon, they learned about the complexity of each school and the opportunities afforded by the affiliation.

We are now in New York. This is the first time the Board has met in the amazing GTS campus. The weather is warm. The Chapel of the Good Shepherd was a delight. It was New York at its most striking and impressive.

Today we start the hard Board work. There will be a plenary starting at lunchtime, and then the Board of VTS will meet. The day will finish with a Choral Evensong.
