The gts strategic plan

The affiliation means that there is a still an entity called General Theological Seminary; it means that there are still employees of General Theological Seminary; it means that there is still alumni of General Theological Seminary; it means that there are still students of General Theological Seminary; it means that there is still a Faculty of General Theological Seminary (four persons plus three joint appointments); and these people report to a Board of General Theological Seminary who will determine the Strategic Plan for GTS. This all means it is this group that takes the lead in determining the strategic direction of the school. Naturally, we welcome input from everyone, especially friends who can be philanthropically generous. But the key group in designing the plan are those who are part of General Theological Seminary.

This is both a legal and a practical reality. Legally there is the group responsible for the place. Practically, these voices are crucial because they will be required to implement the plan. So, the Strategic Planning process focuses on the GTS constituencies. Please do participate in the process.
