Introduction to Ekama ENI

We continue our series that introduces you to the team at The General Theological Seminary. If you are dealing with my office and interested in connecting with New York, then it is highly likely that you will work with Ekama. While the Very Rev. Michael DeLashmutt is on sabbatical, Ekama is doing considerable work for Ms. Taryn Habberley and me.

Ekama has been at GTS since the Fall 2021, where she started working on the external events team. She transitioned to working in the Dean’s office full-time last year where she has helped coordinate and organize the board of trustees through their work and discernment in the affiliation process, as well as serving as the touch point of all of GTS’s departments and the Dean’s office on everyday upkeep and scheduling.

Ekama loves spreadsheets and helping folks get organized. When she’s not at GTS she works as a youth pastor here in the city and thoroughly enjoys karaoke.
